Indianapolis, IND — Suzanne Crouch’s campaign for Governor of Indiana gained a significant boost Wednesday as Vanderburgh County GOP Chairman Mike Duckworth formally endorsed her candidacy.
“There is not anyone more prepared for the Governor’s office than she is,” said Duckworth. “Her life’s work has been serving the citizens of Indiana. I endorse her as a friend and a dedicated officeholder. Her hometown of Evansville and Vanderburgh County are excited to endorse Suzanne to be our next Governor!”
Duckworth’s distinguished career, marked by his current position as Vanderburgh County GOP Chairman since 2021, features a rich tapestry of roles. He previously held pivotal positions as the chief of transportation for both the city and county, in addition to his service as a former sheriff’s deputy. Noteworthy civic contributions include his tenure on the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation school board and the township advisory board.
Furthermore, Duckworth’s professional background includes valuable experience gained from working alongside U.S. Senators Richard Lugar and Dan Coats.
