Indianapolis, IND — State Rep. Tim O’Brien has pledged his endorsement of Suzanne Crouch for Governor.
“As a lifelong Hoosier, born in Hobart and raised professionally in Southwest Indiana, I’m proud to endorse Suzanne Crouch for Governor. As a state representative, I am honored to serve Hoosiers in House District 78, as Suzanne has done in the past. We are both champions of promoting good public policy that protects and improves the lives of all Hoosiers,” said O’Brien.
O’Brien has represented House District 78, encompassing parts of Vanderburgh and Warrick counties, since 2021. As a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, he helps improve the state’s fiscal outlook.
Notably, O’Brien co-authored legislation that reduced the state’s individual income tax from 3.23% to 2.9% and eliminated the utility receipts tax, returning $545 million to Hoosiers through a one-time automatic taxpayer refund.
Suzanne Crouch is the only gubernatorial candidate who has been endorsed by more than 100 past and present elected officials in Indiana. A full list of those endorsements can be found here.
